Through the Education Minor, the University of Bridgeport’s Graduate School of Education offers a seamless pathway from appropriate undergraduate majors into the graduate Teacher Preparation Programs. The Education Minor consists of undergraduate electives so that students take teacher certification course prerequisites in their undergraduate course of study. The Education Minor also provides practicum experiences in K-12 schools. Students can elect to add the Education Minor to their undergraduate academic course of study in areas such as Biology, Business, English, General Studies, History, Human Services, Mathematics, Music, and Psychology.
