CHEM 103 - General Chemistry I 3 Credit(s)
Prerequisites: MATH 106 with minimum grade C Corequisite: CHEM 103L unless passed in a previous semester. A study of basic chemical principles and their application. This course is designed for the science and engineering majors and includes theoretical and experimental studies of such topics as composition and structure of matter, stoichiometry, chemical reactions, chemical bonding, gases, atomic and molecular structure, and periodic trends.
