This course explores and compares various dietary strategies, including low-fat, high- carbohydrate, high-protein, macronutrient-balanced, macrobiotic, high-fiber, vegetarian, vegan, Paleolithic, and Mediterranean. The pros and cons of these various approaches are discussed, along with the evidence-base that exists, or does not exists, to support their use.  Offered: Spring only
