This course provides the foundation for therapeutic NUTR. It explores the biochemistry of the macronutrients as well as the known vitamins and minerals in detail. Toxicities, deficiencies, therapeutic uses and appropriate doses are examined. Dietary requirements for micro and macro nutrients are covered.
