The correct training and education in order to become a high school athletic director is the foundation of this seminar. This course will start at the beginning with strategies for interviewing and securing the position in this competitive arena. From there we will cover effective teaching strategies to mentor and manage different types of coaches in the wide scope of high school athletic departments. The basic daily administrative functions and overall responsibilities encompassing each coaching season will also be addressed.
