The Industrial/Organizational Psychology minor focuses on developing a systematic understanding of individual, group and organizational behavior and applying this knowledge to solve problems that commonly occur at work. The Industrial/Organizational Psychology minor exposes the student to theories related to cognition and human factors design, basics of management and business principles, and theories of organizational behavior and leadership studies.
Note: If one of the below courses is required for the student’s current major or a 2nd minor, the Psychology Chair can approve an alternative elective course to serve as a replacement.
