COUN 540 - Group Process; Application and Theory

The course focuses on the dynamics of leadership and various membership roles. Alternative theoretical models of groups will be studied. An experiential group experience is required. Counseling 505 and 508 are . COUN 540 is geared specifically to the needs of Human Resource professionals. Additional unscheduled lab time is required.
