MUSC 121 - Survey of Western Classical Music: Elements and History

This course will introduce students to the building blocks of Western music. They will apply that knowledge to a survey of Western Classical Music from the Middle Ages to the present day. Connections will be made to other art forms, contemporary genres and world music cultures.
