Prerequisites: Take 1 Biology or Science Course and Biology Department chair approval
Learn to recognize local plants and animals and learn how they can be used to survive in the wilderness, pitch a weather resistant camp, make fires, purify water and navigate on and off trails. A 3-day final survival hike is required.
