MATH 203 - Elementary Statistics 3 Credit(s)
Prerequisites: MATH 103 or higher; minimum grade C Must be completed prior to taking this course. A non-calculus introduction to applied descriptive and inferential statistics for business, health sciences, and social sciences students. The course investigates measures of center and dispersion, frequency distributions, the use of probability theory to construct confidence intervals and perform significance tests, and elementary linear regression and correlation.
