Advanced level English for academic purposes; English language skills in grammar, informal speaking, oral presentations, listening, lecture note taking, academic reading, essay writing, research skills, critical thinking; outcomes consistent with the Common European Framework of Reference for Language Level B2. Students successfully completing this level receive an ELI Certificate of Graduation which indicates that they have “satisfied the English Language Requirement for Admission to the University of Bridgeport.”
